The grid
What is the pin grid?
Every ORQEVA jacket, bag, cap and banner has a panel stitched into 4 cm squares. The centre of each square is marked with a small bar-tack: that is the slot where a pin goes. Because every carrier uses the same squares, any pin or patch works on any carrier.
How do I pin into a slot?
Push the pin straight through the bar-tack in the centre of a square, from the front, and fit the locking back on the inside. To move it, remove the back, pull the pin out and pin it into another square.
Do carriers come with pins?
No. Jackets, bags, caps and banners ship empty so you can build your own layout. Pins and patches in our photos are sold separately, and each product page says exactly what is included.
Can I pin outside the grid?
Yes, but every pin makes a small hole. The grid is made to take repeated pinning; the rest of the fabric is not reinforced.
Can I sew patches onto the grid?
Yes. Patches are sized to sit over one or more squares. Sew around the border with a few stitches through the grid panel.
Pins and patches
How big are the pins?
Each product page lists the height of the pin (between 28 and 42 mm). All pins are drawn to fit inside one 4 cm grid square.
What does “pair” mean?
A pin pair is two separate pins designed to be worn together, sold as one product. The product page shows both.
Are the designs original?
Yes. Every pin and patch is drawn for its series. We do not copy logos and we do not make military, police, government or sports team insignia.
Are pins safe for children?
Pins have a sharp point and small parts (the pin backs). They are not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep pin backs away from small children.
How do series work?
Pins and patches are released in themed series (S01 Signal Lost, S02 Dead Pixel, S03 Scanline Ghosts, S04 Error Bloom). Each series has its own page on the wall.
Orders and payment
Which currencies can I pay in?
USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK and CHF. Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country with the currency code, for example 22 USD or 169 DKK. At checkout, the currency follows your billing country.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The charge appears as ORQEVA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number, or use Withdraw from contract here.
Do you have discount codes?
No. We do not currently run promotions or discount codes.
Delivery and returns
How much is delivery?
One flat rate per order, depending on the delivery country. See Shipping for all rates and estimated times.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unworn and complete (pins with both backs, packs with all patches). EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds.
Which size jacket should I choose?
Our jackets have a relaxed fit. Compare the chest measurement in the Size Guide with a jacket you already own.
